Welcome to Fundme.cloud. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

“User”, “You”, or “Your” refers to anyone accessing Fundme.cloud. “Campaign” means a fundraising initiative created on our platform. “Contribution” refers to funds donated by supporters.

Fundme.cloud allows users to create, share, and contribute to fundraising campaigns in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent. Accurate, complete information is required for account creation.

Fundme.cloud uses Monime to securely process all contributions. By making a donation, you agree to Monime's terms and privacy policy. All funds are handled and disbursed by Monime, and their systems are responsible for ensuring secure payment processing.

You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with laws and these Terms. You must not mislead users or misuse funds.

Fund transfers may be delayed or withheld for compliance checks. We are not liable for chargebacks, returned payments, or payment delays.

Campaigns promoting violence, hate, fraud, or illegal activity are strictly prohibited and may be removed without notice.

You agree not to abuse, harass, or defraud others, or to upload malicious code or interfere with platform functionality.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms. Users can report campaigns for review.

Fundme.cloud charges a flat 5% fee on each successful donation. This fee covers all platform and payment processor costs there are no additional charges to contributors or campaign owners.

You retain rights to content you submit, but grant Fundme.cloud a license to use it for promotional and platform-related purposes.

We provide our services “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for losses or damages from using our platform or from third-party actions.

You agree to indemnify and hold Fundme.cloud harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in harmful behavior.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sierra Leone. Disputes will be resolved in Sierra Leonean courts.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Fundme.cloud after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using Fundme.cloud, you consent to our data practices.

We may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy policies.
